Hundreds Line up for Halo 3

Over 200 gamers lined up at Gamestop at The Mall at Steamtown last night, some getting there are early as 8:30 p.m. for the midnight launch.  Halo 3, labeled as the biggest game launch in recent history was finally released into eager gamers hands, some even lucky enough to covet the elite Legendary Edition, the store had 65 of those for loyal customers who preordered early.  The crew at Gamestop kept the crowd happy with Halo music, trivia and free soda and at one point got the Halo 3 wave going.  Once midnight rolled around the mall emptied out in less than 20 minutes as everyone headed home to “finish the fight”.

Your’s truly walked out of the store with count em, eleven copies of the game since as part of a promotion with 97 BHT and 97.9X we’ll be giving away 10 copies of Halo 3, as for the eleventh copy, that one I bought!
